The Lifetime Wellness shake is made from whey protein, which is higher in amino acids than soy protein, and has 1 GM fat, 3 GM carbohydrates, 2 GM sugars, 1 GM fiber, and 24 GM protein per serving. It is an excellent source of short and long chain amino acids with 46% lactoglobulin, 24% A-lactoalbumin, 24% immunoglobulin, and 6% lactoferrin. The shake is available in many flavors and does not have a chalky after taste.
